Refund policy

This policy explains when you can get fees back from Vidyavedh Academy LLP.

Tuition fees

• Each paper’s fee, as shown on this website, covers tuition for that one subject.
• Fees are paid in advance. You can attend classes once the fee is paid.

Withdrawing in the first 7 days

If, within the first 7 days of your classes, you find you can’t follow the concepts being taught, or we find that you’re not yet ready to study ACCA, we refund 90% of that paper’s fee.

After 7 days

After the first 7 days of classes, fees are not refundable.

One exam attempt

A paper’s fee covers one exam attempt. If you miss sessions, don’t sit the exam within one year of admission, or don’t pass, the paper counts as completed. Studying the same paper again needs a new fee.

Missed classes and conduct

Topics covered while you’re absent aren’t repeated. If a student is removed for misconduct or rude behaviour towards teachers, staff or other students, no refund is due.

How refunds are paid

• For online payments, the money goes back to the same card, UPI or bank account through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days after we issue the refund.
• For other payments, we refund by bank transfer.

How to ask for a refund

Contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, with the student’s name, the paper, and the receipt or payment ID.
